New works in progress

In art, every new work asks for a different approach, and a unique production method.  Lately we have been focusing a lot of our attention in the studio on bigger outdoor works.  A lot of work is put into developing new ways of producing these unique works, as every bend has to be very precise, every angle has to be looked at.  It requires an enormous amount of time researching, brainstorming, sketching and handbuilding models to meet the exacting standards that are needed. We are therefore very excited to be in the last stages of a remake of one of Fred Eerdekens' largest works to date: twijfelgrens.  The work is part of the PIT: Art in Public Space-project, which started in 2011.  The original was damaged beyond repair, and it was decided to replace it with a completely remade version made out of COR-TEN steel. The new version of the work will be installed at a new location around the end of March.  Keep an eye out on Facebook, Instagram and this website for more news.
